A system for managing a delivery request of at least one goods to a destination comprising; at least one client device for inputting the delivery request; at least one dispatcher device; and at least one central unit for receiving the delivery request from the client device; wherein the central unit generate a list of the dispatcher device within the predetermined radius based on a pickup location data in the delivery request for making the delivery, characterized in that, the central unit having a selection module, wherein the selection module nominate at least one available dispatcher device based on at least one time slot data in the delivery request, assign at least one selected dispatcher device from the list of the dispatcher device to the delivery request, such that the details selected dispatcher is transmitted by the central unit to the client device and the destination of the delivery request is transmitted to the dispatcher device.
